Germany stocks lower at close of trade; DAX down 1.97% By Investing.com


Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Frankfurt, the lost 1.97% to hit a new 1-month low, while the index declined 2.47%, and the index fell 1.67%.

The best performers of the session on the were Deutsche Telekom AG Na (ETR:), which fell 0.04% or 0.01 points to trade at 22.53 at the close. Meanwhile, Fresenius SE & Co KGAA O.N. (ETR:) fell 0.40% or 0.12 points to end at 29.93 and Henkel & Co KGaA AG Pref (ETR:) was down 0.59% or 0.50 points to 84.54 in late trade.
