Germany stocks lower at close of trade; DAX down 0.66% By Investing.com


Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Frankfurt, the lost 0.66% to hit a new 1-month low, while the index lost 0.91%, and the index lost 0.57%.

The best performers of the session on the were Covestro AG (ETR:), which rose 7.13% or 3.46 points to trade at 51.96 at the close. Meanwhile, Brenntag AG (ETR:) added 1.23% or 0.80 points to end at 65.88 and BASF SE NA O.N. (ETR:) was up 0.63% or 0.29 points to 46.44 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Commerzbank AG
