Investing.com – Belgium stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Brussels, the declined 0.67% to hit a new 1-month low.

The best performers of the session on the were Solvay SA (EBR:), which rose 1.92% or 0.61 points to trade at 32.35 at the close. Meanwhile, UCB SA (EBR:) added 1.04% or 1.35 points to end at 131.40 and Syensqo SA (EBR:) was up 1.01% or 0.93 points to 93.30 in late trade.
