Belgium shares lower at close of trade; BEL 20 down 0.79% By Investing.com


Investing.com – Belgium equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Brussels, the lost 0.79% to hit a new 1-month low.

The biggest gainers of the session on the were UCB SA (EBR:), which rose 1.40% or 1.90 points to trade at 137.85 at the close. Argen-X (EBR:) added 0.64% or 2.30 points to end at 360.90 and Galapagos NV (AS:) was down 0.42% or 0.10 points to 23.80 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Syensqo SA (EBR:), which lost 4.05% or 3.73 points to trade at 88.33 in late trade. Solvay SA (EBR:)…
